Affinity offers an initial complimentary visit to meet with you and begin to understand your needs. Needs as basic as dry cleaning pick-up, grocery/personal shopping, and cloths closet organization or needs as detailed as hiring a private plane, renting a villa, for you and your friends or family for a ski, swim or golf weekend. We can help you with gardening concepts, spring clean up, fall bulb planting design, or any home repair needs. Our personal chefs can prepare custom menus for you and your family and your dietary needs. We can drop off food and have ready for you to heat up or arrange for a caterer to prepare and elegant meal.

After an initial meeting, we will make a plan for you with a weekly or monthly cost estimate depending on your needs.
Our fee structure is simple…
Rates begin at $35.00 per hour for the Affinity team for basic errand running. Event planning rates begin at $45.00 per hour. Technology rates begin at $75.00 per hour. We contract with our preferred vendors. Vendor rates are not included in the above fees. We will provide you with receipts for expenses.
We require a deposit for estimated expenses for household shopping and errand running. This amount will be determined based on the initial estimate and revised once the work begins or if expenses increase or decrease.
We require a 24 hour cancellation policy for our services. Within the 24 hours period you will be subject to charges for any expenses or time fee within that 24 hour period. We will try to be as fair as possible knowing things happen beyond our control!
Terms & Conditions
Normal hours of operation are 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Scheduling
All services require 24-48 hour notice depending upon complexity. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur an additional fee.
We do offer after-hours and RUSH service. Additional fees may apply.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and will incur a $25 fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given the entire amount will be charged.
Payments
All services must be paid in advance. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks, cash or money orders made payable to Affinity Concierge, LLC. All personal checks must clear before services are rendered. The cost of services supplied by Affinity Concierge, LLC does not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request and client service accounts will be arranged for this purpose.
Time & Mileage
A standard fee for mileage and travel will apply. Fee to be determined on an individual basis and subject to change upon mutual agreement within reason.
Access to Property
If the contracted service requires access to a business or residence, arrangements must be made to allow Affinity Concierge, LLC access to the property. If, for any reason, Affinity Concierge, LLC cannot gain access, the full charge will be assessed to the client.
Contract & Policies
Clients will be presented with a contract for services and copy of full policies and procedures prior to the commencement of services.
Privacy Policy
All personal and credit card information collected by Affinity Concierge, LLC will be solely for the purposes of providing the service contracted by the client. At no time will any of the client’s information be given to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to Affinity Concierge, LLC or at the express direction of the client.
